BDS’s Run
Team BDS directly qualified for the group stage of the tournament thanks to their ranking in the EU Circuit. They started off in Group A along with the likes of Moist Esports and Version1. They breezed past the group stage and qualified for the playoffs beating Renegades and Version1. However, the playoffs were nowhere as easy for the European team. In the quarter finals of the playoffs, they faced Karmine Corps. The battle was neck and neck as BDS barely clinched the match 4-3 in their favor. Next in store was Furia and while they were looking to seal the match, BDS made a notable 4-2 comeback going into the finals. Their worthy competitor in the final was G2 who beat the likes of FaZe, NRG and Furia to make it there. But in the end, Team BDS proved to be too powerful as they beat them 4-1 to become the champions of RLCS 2022 World Championship.
Seikoo became the World Championship MVP with a score of 424.15.
